Delivery for trees begins on Sat 25.11.23 and finishes up on Tue 19.12.23
Our delivery vans pick up the trees from the farm around 7am each delivery day. Generally the first delivery is between 8.30am to 9am.
We deliver to each suburb on a particular day of the week which are shown in the table above. If you can't see your suburb in the table then please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
We will email you the day before delivery to with an estimated 3 hour delivery window. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive one as sometimes they can sneak in there.
The 2-hour delivery window is just an estimate and occasionally your delivery may fall outside this window if we encounter unexpected delays. Rest assured, we will be doing our best to stick to those delivery windows!
In the event that your tree hasn't arrived by 5:30pm on the day of your delivery, please contact us and we will chase it up first thing the following day.
As the trees are laid down on top of each other in the delivery van, they may need a day or two of being upright in the stand with watering and little tender, love and care to be at their best. Just like us really!
If after a couple of days you are still not happy with your tree, please contact us and we will work out a solution with you.
You have to order your tree at least 24 hours before the date you want it delivered
If you are home, we are happy to bring the tree into your house and set it up in its' stand. If you are unable to be home to receive it, we will follow your delivery instructions as to where to leave it.
Yes indeed! Just select the option to include removal of your tree when making a purchase.

The trees are a hybrid radiata pine - a pine that has been slightly modified to have more branches and thus produce a better, denser Christmas tree
We get your Christmas trees freshly cut the day before your delivery from the team at Dandenong Christmas Tree Farm.
Yes. You always need a stand with a cut tree, i.e. one that is not potted. We do not guarantee installation if you have an insufficient tree stand.
For every customer you refer MCT will give back $10 to you (see terms and conditions). To refer give your order reference code (example; 2189-18) to any person you refer. Have that person include their reference code in their order. Alternatively, please advise if you would like us to refund the total amount to our Charities McAuley Community Services for Women and Kids Undercover. We will refund or donate this amount on a allocated date.
